This part of Virginia is the land of gnomes and fairies. You are sure to find them
in the new green land still soggy, the green moss patches soaking up the melt, by the swollen brook Spirits like these little people love the water Finding one or two brings laughter to the day! See this little pass in the road You are apt to find one here too!
Then when we are driving we play The Gnomes and get totally gnomed!
The small towns like New Market have character, old style The old cars are in the farm driveway! The grocery is family run.
The only sign of the times is the Family Dollar! The flowering trees are coming out.
